Birds crack their own eggs!!!

I have two yellow IRN, male and female, and the two times one has laid eggs, they break them and throw them out of the nest.(5 the first time and 2 the second time) What is the problem and what can i do???

Hi,
What can be the problem?
1. Nesting box too small
2. Does not like the male
3. What in the nesting box
4. Is not ready to breed

These all possible. But maybe wait till this years breeding season and see what happens.

any idea how far along the eggs are before they are getting cracked and chucked?
