Ok
Well if the young from those birds is correct then the green is split to ino
It could be split to blue also but without the blue what you will get from the green/ino and green lacewing is
25.000 % Green Hen
25.000 % Green / Pallid Cock
25.000 % Green Ino Hen(lutino)
25.000 % Green PallidIno Cock

Now if there is blue in them then things change
If the cock is green/blue/ino and the lacwing is a plain green then this is what you can get
12.500 % Green / Blue Hen
12.500 % Green / Blue Pallid Cock
12.500 % Green Ino / Blue Hen(lutino/blue)
12.500 % Green PallidIno / Blue Cock
12.500 % Green Hen
12.500 % Green / Pallid Cock
12.500 % Green Ino Hen(lutino)
12.500 % Green PallidIno Cock

Now with green/blue/ino cock and a green/blue lacewing.
12.500 % Green / Blue Hen
12.500 % Green / Blue Pallid Cock
12.500 % Green Ino / Blue Hen(lutino/blue)
12.500 % Green PallidIno / Blue Cock
6.250 % Blue Hen
6.250 % Blue / Pallid Cock
6.250 % Blue Ino Hen(Albino)
6.250 % Blue PallidIno Cock
6.250 % Green Hen
6.250 % Green / Pallid Cock
6.250 % Green Ino Hen(Lutino)
6.250 % Green PallidIno Cock

Hope this helps
