He is a two and a half year male. I don't think he is streching because he only does it while i am near his cage, but could be stretching. He is coming along great with his target training. He now comes down from his favourite perch down to his perch near the cage door. Thanks for the reply!

My ring neck stretchs his wings out sometims when i am target training him. He goes to the end of his perch and raises his wings up half way. He is 2 and his prevous owner got his wings clipped.
