wow thanks for the feed it means a lot to know where im going wrong at this stage. bought the hand reard food does it really have to be at the "required 38degree temp?? as stated on the pack (bought avione if i remember,any good) and the store guy was kinda an arrogant pr@#$ not wanting to feed...
