Hi Aaron;
the best thing to put in is pine shavings which are readily available. Yes, you have to put it in the box for them, good luck!!. let us know how it goes. Also it is a good idea to put some sevine powder to prevent any insects.

considering this is her second time, i would just put it with the dove, was your female a hand fed one, if she was then its not that surprising.
either way you should use the doves to incubate it.

Hi Guys;
I was just talking to a breeder and she said that i should not handle my IRN too much as he will not be a good breeding parent?, is that true, i have not had this problem with my cockatiels.
Any input will be appreciated.
