importing ringneck from india to canada
anyone know of the laws regarding this? in india these parrots are known as ra thotha's and are about as plentiful as the wild dogs that roam the village. one of our neighbours has one in captivity and it's an amazing pet. i'm wondering if i can legally bring one back home with me to canada. also, w...
