Try to post some pics of the parents and the darker offspring. perhaps one of your turq cobalts is a bad (light) colored turq violet and the offspring is then a (turq) cobalt violet. But rod is right if the really are two turq cobalts. Pics will show it. ;)

There are no blue ringnecks that are split for cobalt because "cobalt" in a better way the dark-factor is a dominant mutation.
So there are no splits for a dominant mutation. If they carry the dark-factor then they are cobalt or mauve but not split.

the same for violet or grey.

The lutino hen parents are meant to be straight lutino with no splits according to the breeder. The DNA certificate I got with the male says blue/pallid, if that helps any. if it's true then you have one pallidino green male (the one which is nearly yellow), one pallid green female and one green /b...
