Re: Pick One - Cast your vote !

Ben, if opaline when combine with CT changes head colour to dark, why did it not darken the head colour on the pallid, any thoughts ?

Re: Pick One - Cast your vote !

This pic is a pallid-opaline crossover so it'd be hard for a breeder to pick it other than the flights but even that, Shey's violet pallid shows that sort of opaline-pallid marking in the flight feathers. http://www.indianringneck.net/sitebuilder/images/OpalinePallid013-416x506.jpg
...

Re: SL Edged

That's a lovely looking bird, from the pics I would guess it may be a turq cinnamon edged.

Re: Opaline Cleartail's - Looking for pictures of mature bir

There is a pic of an opaline cleartail mauve I have seen, it looks like a cock with a defined black neckring with head colour.

Re: Cleartail X Dom Pied

These NLSIno CT's are fetching on average 300% more that a plain CT.

Important birds to have as the guys this side have been breeding them into the Bronze Fallows and other mutations.

What is the difference between them, would you have some comparison pics you could show please.

A single violet factor will darken the green and increase the depth of orange I have noticed.

Re: Indian Ringnecks Under UV lighting

I am pairing an Emerald cock to a green buttercup/blue hen this season, this may give an insight if all goes well...yes?
This Emerald cock last season was pair with a sf violet hen and produced a blue, a violet and 2 emerald violets.

Babies "down" colour

Babies "down" colour, has anyone noted a thickening of the down mass and a change of colour in any of the mutations. Normally a pink whispy sparce down on the normal.
