i would stop using the gloves and get him use to your hands, slowly though. putting your hands nearhim and showing them to him or holding treats in your hand for him to come near and take them.

That video made us laugh for ages, Amazon still does it nearly every feed, and Dakota always tries grabbing him.

Its up to you but as Briony said they need to be watched, well i cant talk lol, my boy is out of his cage all day adn goes in at night to sleep then out again, if im not home he is locked in his cage, i dont watch him as such as i know he cant fly and i can hear him, or he will walk to the lounge

Dont rush into giving him new foods so close to each other i would introduce one new food each week just to get his little body use to eating the soilds.
