Trust takes time, especially in an aviary bird, they are semi feral. You start off by sitting beside the cage, eat your meals there, he will become curious, and come down to see if there is a morsel for him, you offer treats through the bars too. He may never accept hands, my bird is nine this year,...

Definitely plucking, you need an Elizabethan Collar, grapes with seeds inside, a a feather plucking rescue pack from Northern Parrots, or Scarletts, and maybe find out why he is plucking. It could be over zealous preening after his moult, depression,, which is why he isn't eating properly. Or, mites...

Are you aware of how quickly a bird can exsanguinate?, leave the feathers alone, and let them die back and fall naturally. Towelling is very stressful, there is no need to use such force, it's definitely a last resort. My bird goes into her cage as soon as I have put fresh food and water in. Half wa...

Firstly, it's Not his age, my bird was 8 weeks old and standing normally Not crouching like yours. You should get him checked out by a vet, diarrhea is not to be taken lightly, as for diet, he needs plenty of fresh fruit and veg, and cut out sunflower seeds as they are fatty. Walnuts are better. Bobo is obviously semi feral, aviary hatched and parent reared, he is angst biting, as far as he is concerned attack is the best form of defence. Keep him caged until he is thoroughly acclimatised, and has built up more trust, he will feel safe and will realise Rosco has no intention of hurting him.
