Great pics!
Does your breeder have a website? If so, could you post the link please. I live in the northern Indiana and can't seem to find a breeder of Indian Ringnecks.
Thanks!

Have you tried placing a Peacock feather in her cage? The pet stores here sell them (USA) and I have one in Kazoo's cage. She absolutely loves to sit on her perch and preen the Peacock feather. If you haven't tried this, I'd give it a shot. This feather would still allow her to preen, while not actu...

Thanks for askin'! I'm doin' fine and yourself? Well I've got the new fella home (hopin' he's a fella, but don't know for sure) and still haven't decided on a name. I've nicknamed 'em Chicken Little, cause he's scared of everything. As long as he thinks he's alone, he'll preen, stretch, preen some m...

Kazoo is molting too. She has some new flight feathers, which were previously trimmed and I've noticed a ton of lil feathers everywhere. She still looks great, if it weren't for all the lil feathers floating around, you'd never now she was molting. When I went this past Saturday to pick up our new I...

Sorry, somehow I missed the aggressive part. I just bought a heavy ceramic dog food dish (the largest one they make) and plan to use this as another source of bathing for my birds. I thought about either placing it at the bottom of their cage, or letting them use it on the counter. You could try usi...

I'm new here, just found this board last week. It's funny, I had the website tagged for quite awhile now and just last week I noticed there was a message board. Silly me! I'm leaving in a few minutes, to go and pick up my second IRN. I've been calling the new fella GreenGo, but I suppose I'll have t...

Intro's
Hi, my name is Deb and I'm a newbie here. I bought my first IRN, Kazoo, in June of 2004. Today, I go to the breeders and pick up GreenGo! I'm so excited to meet the lil fella, can ya tell?! Wish me luck with the lil one! You can tell from my signature, that I live at a zoo. Okay, it's a house, but s...

Does your new bird now the command, "Step Up"? If it does and you are comfortable with your bird and it with you, you can ask it to step up anytime. If your bird doesn't know this command, you can teach it by holding a stick/perch in front of the bird and asking it to step up. When the bird does, ma...
